Would you give a random stranger the keys to your home if there were something very valuable inside?
Yet, why do you so willingly give the keys to your peace of mind to others without a second thought?
You - your body and your mind - are your home. You don't deserve to be kept locked out.
Don't let anybody else hold the keys to your peace of mind.
PS Don't get so caught up that you "lose" your keys, either.
