A Tech Analogy
Just as the "Stop", "Refresh", and "Home" buttons are indispensable to an Internet browser, so too are these factors critical to our lives.
It is important that we each take the time to identify when we need to STOP; what we can do to REFRESH and rest; and where we feel like we are at HOME (a place of refuge we can turn to).
These aspects will necessarily look different for each of us; what is most important is that they are available to us and that serve their purpose and we take the time to implement them in our lives on a regular basis so that our "servers" do not crash.
